We have designed this proposal to create consistent sales increase through training and development. When will you see results? Within the first week you will see results as long as your team embraces the systems.
MY RECOMMENDATION is to build a strong, relevant presence in the organic search result. It does not matter if you are a door to door representative, telemarketing sales, retail sales, or any other company because all companies require sales.
OUR PACKAGE INCLUDES:
1. Dedicated Account Manager – who will work with you from start to finish. The project manager will be the single point of contact between you and your company. They will manage timelines, drafts and feedback to ensure that we team delivers the best possible service.

2. Instant Feedback/ Help – We never want you to have a question go unanswered. We do a few things to help you reach your goals. As a member in this group, you get invited to a private 1-on-1 with me and you also get invited to our network group with the other participants.
(1) Training – I go over training and answer questions about one specific topic and how the system relates to that topic. The topic is chosen by you.
(2) Mobile Apps – We use mobile apps to communicate with you and your team. Three groups are created. One group is a 1-on-1 between you and me to answer all private questions. A second group is used for your team to communicate with you and me with questions that they have. The third group is our network group where you can ask other companies questions and get responses from them.
(3) Newsletters – We send out newsletters every week to people who would like to participate in staying up to date on topics and motivating stories to keep a positive attitude in the work place.
3. Training and Development – Even more than how we keep in contact with you, our program has been tried and tested to increase sales. This is from the constant work of training and developing your team to achieve greatness.
Your Training will include:
(1) 5 Steps to a Conversation – We teach you to sell more not by selling but conversing with your customers.
(2) 4 Impulse Factors – There are Key words that are used to show the customer that they need to act now.
(3) Great Work Habits – Anyone in sales can tell you that if you know what to do and how to do it, you need great work habits to stay consistent
(4) Objections – Anyone in sales can tell you that the most common word heard is “NO”. Majority of the time these “No’s” are not true. We focus on overturning objections in the beginning, middle, and end of your conversation.
(5) Goals – This topic is overlooked by many, but it is vital to keep your team motivated and pushing forward. If everyone is reaching for their goal, the amount of success is endless.

4. Sales – We start friendly competition within your team to want to succeed and exceed their goals. With consistent training, development, communication, and positive reinforcement you will beat your goals day after day, week after week, and month after month.
