Interviews

What We Look For In A InterviewWhen we conduct our interviews we look at more than just what the job includes. We look at their personality to ensure it will be the right fit. How does this help you? It ensures the team member will see the same vision that you have towards your company and customers, create long term employees that want to be promoted within your business, and reduces issues of employee conflicts.
What do we look for? Our questions look at their personality and align them with the following criteria.
1) Extraverted- Expressive, outgoing, prefer group activities, eager to speak their minds, more comfortable when around other people than when alone, get energized by social interaction
2) Introverted- Reserved, listen carefully, prefer solitary activities, more comfortable when alone than when around other people, get exhausted by social interaction
3) Intuitive- Introspective, rely on their imagination, absorbed in ideas, focus on what might happen
4) Sensing- Observant, rely on their senses, absorbed in practical matters, focus on what has happened
5) Thinking- Tough, follow their minds, suppress feelings, focus on objectivity and rationality
6) Feeling- Sensitive, follow their hearts, keep feelings close to the surface, focus on harmony and cooperation
7) Judging- Decisive, prefer clear rules and guidelines, eager to commit, see deadlines as sacred, seek closure
8)Perceiving- Probing, prefer keeping their options open, reluctant to commit, relaxed about their work, seek freedom

Once we have this information compiled, we put the person into 1 of 16 groups and from that group we give you a detailed description of what that person would be good at. You can then decide if the person will benefit from your company.
